I Said This 365 Days Ago, But…

It’s been a whole year since I said this – β€œWill things be going to work pretty well the next year in 2021?” in my this post –

Here’s how 2020 was the weirdest year ever

Well I guess, it is far more than bloody brilliant of what I expected. The things started to get loose. Although the quarantine system was still there and still is, however, there is a much positive outcome this year. Isn’t it?

Ups and downs are always a part of every year’s marathon. There are good & bad days. There are good and bad moments. There are running and groundhog days. There is a stupid and wise of us. So, I won’t complain that this happened, that happened.

How ’bout talking about the good memories, the happy memories we are taking with us to the next year and beyond.

Let’s start with celebrating what we have accomplished this year even if it’s a small achievement.

What mysteries we have solved.

How many smiles we’ve given to others.

How many stars we’ve counted on endless dark nights.

How many unseen paths did we walk on?

How life has changed even if it seems unchanged.

How long we’ve come. How grateful we all are.

How precious life is.

And, how rare and beautiful it is to even exist.

For us, the biggest achievement is that we are still here talking to you.

And I can’t believe we are able to post consistently for the past 2 years. It was just amazing.

If you don’t know yet we started accepting Guest Post this year, and now we are glad and so happy that we are able to publish your life stories, visions, and perspective to the readers. The post we received as Guest posts is absolutely brilliant ones. They are the bouquet of inspirations.

So, thanks for that. Do read them here. Highly recommended!

Not to mention, the post we’ve read on your blogs, is remarkable.

For the next chapter, we are planning to do something more. Something that made us proud of ourselves. Something that’ll bring a smile to your face. Something that we haven’t done yet.

How ’bout launching a book?

how ’bout taking your life stories and Guest Posts to another step?

And, how ’bout extending our support & love to each other and with the writers and readers community?

There is so much to be done. It’s our chance to write an incredible story.

Thank you for being such wonderful readers and for everything past year. We have enjoyed sharing our post with you and look forward to reading about everything that’ll be happening for you the next year on your amazing blogs.

I said this 365 days ago, but Happy New Year!

May you discover everything that you looking for in the new year right inside yourself!

Best Wishes!

Spread the love

  • Thank you for this great post. Thank you to all the wonderful bloggers and online folks out there. My life would be the poorer if I had not made online connections with you. HAPPY new Year!. The story of my life hills. valleys, and search for deeper meaning I hope to publish in 2022. I hated writing about me but I pray the record of the journey may encourage others. From a little girl to an old lady Shafts of Gold is the story of my life journey. I'm praying now it will be a beautiful tribute to LIFE ITSELF. FIND strength. JOURNEY ONWARDS.

    • Such a sweet message, Faye.
And we would love to take inspiration from your life journey. It will also be a great tribute to the life as well.
You’re a strong woman. Thanks for being a part of the community.

Happy new year to you and your family.l β£πŸ’

  • Wow, I love how you managed to evoke a sense of gratitude with these beautiful lines- how many stars we’ve counted, how many smiles we’ve given others, how precious life is. Made me think and thank God. Good luck with launching a book, if you actually intend to 🀩 it’s a wonderful idea.
May you have a delightful 2022! Happy New Year.

    • I think at the year end we should think positive of us rather than complaining this or that.
It is the only time of the year where we should be proud of ourself of how far we've come and raise our cup when the sun goes down.

I'm so glad to hear you loved it.
      Happy New Year! β£πŸ™ŒπŸŽ†

  • I certainly enjoyed reading this. So many times, we do things for our ow benefit. It's good to read about your visions and hope for others instead of yourself. And also, to hear plans for the future. I think many of us have dreamed of writing a book and some of us have begun the process. I have posted some chapters and should finish it in the new year.

    • Thanks Dennis,
Your words warmed my heart ❣

Thanks for choosing us to publish your posts. And, glad to read all your posts. Hope we continue to do that.

You're right publishing our own book is such an amazing moment.
      Good luck to you.
Hope all your endeavours succeed in coming year.
Our best wishes to you β£πŸ™ŒπŸŽ†

  • Happy new year and embrace the versatility of unknown future. Nothing really matters in the ladder of self knowledge which is the hardest to configure. I live by hope for the best and prepare for the worst motto so keep up the good work and lead on.

  • A very Happy New Year to you, Ritish! A lovely post reminding us about the positives in our lives and that 'how rare and beautiful it is to even exist.' So true and if I have low moments I remind myself of this amazing fact of actual just being!

The friendships and connections forged here on WP are a blessing to us all - thank you for sharing in your wisdom and look forward to reading your posts next year!

    • Thank you for your kind words & wishes, Annika.
Glad to be a part of this community and a blogging friend like you ❣
May we continue to share and get inspired by each others wisdom.

Happy New Year! Our best wishes for you πŸ’

  • Does it seem possible that we could be 6 months into this new year, Ritish?! I'm happy to see you've accomplished your book goal, as well as sharing the love in all your posts. Indeed, it is a rare and beautiful gift to be alive! I am grateful you are a part of our blogging community! 🌞
