Totally, Martina. Sometimes I wish schools taught that more than just facts. 😄

In his book, “Think Again” Adam Grant discusses confident humility. It’s the ability to be confident in what you know, while recognizing you don’t know everything. I thought of that when I read this:

“…it always remains a fact that dumb or less-skilled people always overestimate themselves, whereas smart ones always underestimate themselves.”

I totally agree. The more I know, the more I realize there is so much to learn!
