Indeed, this is the hard reality of the system. The creamy layer are not getting what they are made for. The reservation has sucked all the opportunities from the deserving ones. The high cost and lack of facilities are also the major cause of brain drain.

Reservation in Govt jobs is ok. But I thoroughly dislike the reservation in education. Imagine a student with very less percentage getting admission in good medical college under reservation policy. My daughter wants to do majors in psychology. Out of 30 seats only 6 seats for open category. She will have to really work hard. There is brain drain because of all this system.
