You know what? Even I didn’t know about that. Have no idea. I just heard it somewhere. But what about you? You probably heard it too. But where did you get it? NO Idea?

Even NO one has an Idea, like the above news there are lots of fake news/rumors that are layout in our surroundings which are so Quick and seem excited and can easily be accepted by our ears.

They are like alleged events that refreshes our mood and later become a matter of debate. but do it has some relevance?.

What is Rumour?

There are many things that stimulate our surroundings like which we called news but it has different meanings like- if anything initially passed in forms of information where spokesperson doesn’t know the origin of information, we usually named those rumors. whereas any deliberated lie whose intuition is to deceive as many people as possible named as Fake News.

These both look similar and are man-made messages but believe me this can be a death sentence for innocents. These can be in forms of lynching, killing, brutality, allegations, etc.

How Rumour Spread?

After modernization, an upswing on technology these things become much easier to spread in the public on a large scale. When will the small activities become “mountain of a mole-hill” no one knows? Here I’ll discuss some of the platforms that are playing a crucial role in boosting these things and rumors in India and perhaps all over the world.

By Digital Platform

India is the biggest market of social media and having more than 200 million active users on WhatsApp messenger and 241 million active users on Facebook and 65 million WhatsApp messages are sent per day (2018 data), followed by 10 billion Facebook messages on a daily basis. Now just imagine a piece of single wrong information can turn into a storm of fake news making people intolerant that eventually leads to lynching, brutality, and many other brutal and wrong activities. Recently, rumors in India witnessed this where A single rumor has taken 29 lives and nobody cares.

It was found that 5000 Social Media handles from Pakistan were part of actively spreading fake news and false propaganda. 15,000 social media arbitrators worked overtime to identify fake news related to CAA(Citizen Amendment Bill) from platforms such as Whatsapp groups, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok & Helo (now banned in India). All these rumors in India led to ugly riots in parts of the country. And we were fighting with our brothers, friends, relatives, government over these rumors.

And let me clear one thing I’m not siding with any bill. It’s up to you to decide. But creating chaos and nuisance isn’t right. You should know that these types of rumors in India might cost someone’s life. And sadly that happened.

It is our guilt that we never make an effort to search the credibility of the news, and unknowingly become a part of Homicide because somewhere we might also have spread that.

Why Rumours Spread?

• Peoples don’t want to bother themselves for knowing the truth
• They may intentionally want to defame a particular person.
• By some political propaganda and agendas.

By gossips

Gossips are when we spread the personal information of others out of fun and to intentionally defaming his/her name with our friend by taking his words for not to tell others. But in reality, there is also another close friend of our close friend who exists to whom our close friend also expects the same.

Again I think somewhere we are responsible for that too. That’s why it is said that Never tell your secrets to anyone.

If you can’t keep your secrets with you, how can you expect that someone will keep it for you?

News broadcasting or journalism is one of the pillars of democracy and has been visually impaired on the greed of money-grubbing. They will show you only that which you like not bonafide. According to the guardian the Indian media research agency CMS stated that the cause of the spread of fake news is because India “lacked -media policy for verification”.

Some of the recent fake news or rumors in India spread through India media include -Nanochip in 2000 note new currency. Some news channel exists just because of Right-wing and Left-wing propaganda.

By Intentionally

Every wrongly spread fake news has some intention behind them. Sometimes there are also have personal intention like a businessman might do with their competitor by making rumors to defame their company like when Nano car launched in India but due to some technical fault some of the cars caught fire but other rivals make that propaganda that every nano car has that technical issue and today his production has been whipped out. As there is always a Cutthroat competition in the market.

Rumors, gossips, lynchings, brutality, fake news all these things will never end because a liberal society may also get trapped in this and when I am writing this I don’t know how many of you fall in this belief and how many rumors have already been spread after seeing the very first paragraph of the blog.

Remember that line:- Rumours are carried by Haters, spread by Fools, and accepted by Idiots.

डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म द्वारा

भारत सोशल मीडिया का सबसे बड़ा बाजार है, जिसके व्हाट्सअप मैसेंजर पर 200 मिलियन से अधिक सक्रिय उपयोगकर्ता हैं और फेसबुक में 241 मिलियन उपयोगकर्ता और 65 मिलियन व्हाट्सअप संदेश प्रति दिन के आधार पर (2018 डेटा), और 10 बिलियन  फेसबुक संदेश दैनिक आधार पर भेजे जाते हैं। जरा कल्पना करें कि एक भी गलत जानकारी लांछन, क्रूरता और बहुत कुछ बदल सकती है। एक  अफवाह ने 29 लोगों की जान ले ली और किसी को परवाह नहीं है।

यह किसकी गलती है?

गॉसिप्स तब होते हैं जब हम दूसरों की निजी जानकारी को मज़ेदार तरीके से फैलाते हैं और दूसरों को न बताने के लिए जानबूझकर अपने दोस्त के साथ उसका नाम बदनाम करते हैं। लेकिन वास्तव में, हमारे करीबी दोस्त का एक और करीबी दोस्त भी मौजूद है, जिसे हमारा करीबी दोस्त भी उम्मीद करता है।

फिर से मुझे लगता है कि कहीं न कहीं हम भी इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। इसलिए कहा जाता है कि कभी भी अपने राज़ किसी को न बताएं।

यदि आप अपने रहस्यों को अपने साथ नहीं रख सकते हैं, तो आप कैसे उम्मीद कर सकते हैं कि कोई उन्हें रखेगा।

- समाचार प्रसारण या पत्रकारिता लोकतंत्र के स्तंभों में से एक है, जो पैसे के लोभ के लालच में दृष्टिबाधित होता है। वे आपको केवल वही दिखाएंगे जो आपको पसंद नहीं है। अभिभावक के अनुसार भारतीय मीडिया अनुसंधान एजेंसी सीएमएस ने कहा कि नकली समाचारों के प्रसार का कारण यह था कि भारत में "सत्यापन के लिए नीति-नीति का अभाव था", 
हाल ही में भारत में फैली कुछ फर्जी खबरों या अफवाहों में भारत मीडिया के माध्यम से शामिल हैं-2000 के नए नोट में नैनोचिप। कुछ न्यूज चैनल राइट-विंग और लेफ्ट-विंग प्रचार के कारण मौजूद हैं।

इरादे से: –
हर फैली हुई खबर के पीछे कोई न कोई मंशा होती है लेकिन कुछ ऐसे भी होते हैं जिनका व्यक्तिगत इरादा होता है जैसे कि कुछ बिजनेस मैन वहाँ के प्रतियोगी को अपनी कंपनी को बदनाम करने की कोशिश करते हैं जैसे कि जब नैनो कार भारत में लॉन्च हुई तो कुछ तकनीकी खराबी के कारण कुछ कार में आग लग गई लेकिन प्रतिद्वंद्वियों ने ऐसा किया प्रचार है कि हर नैनो कार में वह तकनीकी समस्या है और आज उसका उत्पादन समाप्त हो गया है।

अफवाहें, गपशप, लिंचिंग, क्रूरता, फर्जी खबरें ये सब बातें कभी खत्म नहीं होंगी क्योंकि एक उदार समाज भी इसमें फंस सकता है और जब मैं यह लिख रहा हूं तो मुझे नहीं पता कि आप में से कितने लोग इस धारणा में आते हैं और कितनी अफवाहें हैं पहले ही ब्लॉग के पहले पैराग्राफ को देखने के बाद फैल गया।
