Though I agree, that those numbers are dwindling, but still it is isn’t even close to enough. There is immeasurably more needs to get done.
Its not only to the govt. But the moral duty of all.
However its good to see, people are now begin fixing the problems that threaten the ecosystem. And people like Rakesh make some noise and we open our eyes and acknowledge the problem.
