“We’re trying for something that’s already found us.” – Jim Morrison (although that statement was in regards to something else, I thought it fitting here)
Easier typed than applied to life.
“When the student is ready, the teacher will appear…” – attributed to Buddha Siddhartha Guatama Shakyamuni and the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism along with Tao Te Ching and Zen proverb. (Again, aimed toward something else, but relatable in that when one is truly ready to be happy, and capable of it within their circumstances, they will be determined to have it, and then so shall it be.
