This post is meant to be a special message to our viewers and followers. And I just want to share something really important with you guys.
Recently I was reading random blogs on other websites because I want to develop my reading habits as it keeps your mind engaged, active & healthy. But then I found something that completely changed the way of my thinking, that compels me to write this post for you wonderful guys.
Actually, I was scrolling down and suddenly a post named- “Thanks for 20K Followers” got my attention. I read that blog and visit their website which recently hit the mark of 20000 subscribers.
Now, it such a big achievement and a wonderful victory for them. I appreciate them because it really amazed me. But then something happened which I didn’t want and that never happened to me before.
Don’t wanna lie, but I felt a little jealous and I thought for a while that why don’t I have this much followers? Why not me? I blamed my fate because that thing somewhere ruined my mood. I seriously didn’t know how I got that sense of feeling. But it is all true.
Getting this much follower is a big achievement. Every blogger wants that. Even the comment section of that post is flooded with appreciations and congrats messages. And then between all the comments, I found something extraordinary, one unique comment saying that “he recently hit 50 followers too and he wants to celebrate that victory by writing a post“.
Now, this is where it gets me. This is the point when I realise that happiness is just a state of mind or nothing else. Because I know now that nothing is ended, everything only began. The person who has 20,000 followers is thinking the same way as I do. Hunger never dies and that’s human nature.
Life isn’t all about chasing. Sometimes you need to rest and celebrate things you have achieved till that point.
So, celebrate even the smallest victory because that may not be small for others. And others don’t even know how much efforts you put to get things done. No one can understand What it took to achieve them?
We are feeling very glad to tell you that we also just hit 150 subscribers too.
It’s a special kind of feeling that we have in our hearts. We are very thankful for where we are today. And it’s all because of you people who shows their unconditional love & support.
And today we promise to work harder than ever before. We’ll continue to bring more unique, informative & innovative content for you.
So, it’s a big & big thank you to all our viewers and subscribers and I’m saying this with all I’m.
We have a long journey ahead. Hope to post “500 Subscribers Special” soon. And that’s only possible with your love and support that you have shown till now. Thank you again. You guys are great.
Take Care

May 11, 2020 at 5:01 pm
Great post! Not every blogger wants this. I used to think this was the goal. I dreamed big. I couldn’t see the value in small. That has changed. Big is much more work and you miss out on the joy of getting to know other bloggers. Enjoying the journey is just as important as the destination, and sometimes our goal isn’t aimed at the right things. I like your honesty! Thanks for sharing.
May 11, 2020 at 7:37 pm
Why thank you!!! Of course I want to succeed, that’s definitely a goal, but enjoying the steps is making me happy along the way as well! 🙂

Tina Absolutely right. It’s the journey that what makes life so wonderful. I’m completely agree with you And I know that now.

Congratulations. I know that phantom feeling that you weren’t expecting and didn’t seek. It just found its way into your mind. Fortunately, we can choose to not dwell on the jealousy or dissatisfaction. Rather, we can use it to propel us on to better things. Nice work.
May 12, 2020 at 1:02 pm
Yes I overcome with that jealousy.
As I said life isn’t all about chasing. Sometimes you need to rest and celebrate things you’ve achieved till that point. That wonderful journey.
And really thanks for visiting.

I’ll tell you a secret. For a couple of years, I had a small following of around 150 – 200 followers. I got about 50 vies per post and about 20 likes. Then I was featured on Discover. I picked up another 1400 followers. After things calmed down a few months later, I still got fifty views and 20 likes. Now years later at almost 2500 followers, I still get 20 likes. My point is your number of followers is meaningless. Just create relationships with the people who follow now and that’s all you need.
May 12, 2020 at 3:29 pm
Whatever you said is a wonderful advice for me. I’ll surely create good relationship with people. And I know now the content and dedication matters and I promise to continue that. Thanks again for this advice. And it’s not remain a secret anymore 🙂

If it’s any consolation to you, I have blogged for nearly 10 years and have nowhere near 20K followers. Don’t focus too much on the number of followers you accumulate. Statistics can be deceptive. I enjoy writing and sharing my views. Connecting w/ even a single readers is worthwhile. Best wishes!
May 19, 2020 at 4:26 pm
Yes. I already mentioned that in this blog. And I understand now. Thanks for the advice. Now My whole focus is on my content, dedication and the good relation I’ll built with people like you for giving their time to read it.
May 21, 2020 at 5:11 am
congrats and just keep writing and sharing. Consistent (and continuous ) effort and persistence always wins in the end

May 25, 2020 at 3:48 pm
Thank you so much for following my blog. I appreciate your support. I started my blog after my mom passed away, so that I could keep her memory alive through the cooking skills that she and my grandmother taught me. I even have a few recipes form my great grandmother. I was lucky enough to have known my great grandmother as well.
May 25, 2020 at 4:09 pm
Oh! I’m sorry for your loss. But surely they are proud of you wherever they are. Just keep doing it for foodies like me. I’ll appreciate that. And one thing, you’re lucky cause you have blessings of your mom and grandmother.
May 25, 2020 at 4:14 pm
Thank you. You are right. That is exactly what my dad said ☺🕉
May 26, 2020 at 11:01 pm
If I had 20,000 followers, the pressure to write would be much more intense. I just concentrate on writing quality blogs without much concern with adding a great amount of followers.
May 27, 2020 at 3:49 am
Yes I already mentioned that. Only Quality content matters. But I don’t think that getting this much followers puts pressure, if you have good content. I mean I’ll be glad if people likes what I post.
And thank you for advice.
June 9, 2020 at 2:58 am
congratulations, ritish! with your writing talent, you should be able to pick up more numbers easily. don’t fret about it, just do quality work – as you said – and the world will reward you for your efforts. Just do as your heart dictates.
June 9, 2020 at 3:50 am

June 9, 2020 at 4:30 pm
Wow! That’s some extraordinary..😅
But I know there are far better bloggers out there, and the best thing is they are inspiration to me and people like you really empowers and insist me to go into self-analysis and do something more better. And I’ll surely do.
I’m thankful to you for appreciating my work. 🙂 Stay blessed..

June 9, 2020 at 7:01 pm
cheers, my friend! rooting for you!
June 10, 2020 at 5:20 pm
As someone who only has a small number of followers, I should be envious that you already have loads more than me, but I’m not. In fact it’s the opposite. I’m really pleased for you, Yes, I would like more followers, but does it bother me? no!. The point I’m making is that as long as you achieve what you want to achieve, then that’s perfect. Good luck my friend, and I sincerely hope you reach your goal, whatever it is.
June 10, 2020 at 6:08 pm
It’s a human nature to be hungry for more. But what matters at last is your quality content & hardwork. That’s your treasure.
Honestly I started blogging to get more followers on my site. But within 3 months I understand that followers doesn’t matter if you’re unable to bring what people wants from you.
And I understand what you said. Thanks for the advice. It really means a lot. Good luck for the future. Fingers crossed 🙂
June 10, 2020 at 6:17 pm

Its not all about the numbers and no one gain any thing with numbers but its about how many peoples mind and heart you touch through your posts and how much positive impact you bring in the community. This is how i think always. Social media number of followers makes impact also bring some competitions and research on how we get more followers must note a point how many people we communicate and hoe many of them come back with smiles to visit is matters this will fetch a big net work of friends in real life through social media. Friends are always the best they bring cheer to network. So i wish you have a great net work of friends here and make a you a happy person every day. Cheers.
July 3, 2020 at 1:42 pm
It’s been around 4 months since I joined and within these months I get to know that numbers doesn’t matter. But the relation & trust you built with others matters the most.
And the people like you really brings a smile to my face with these advices and appreciations.
I’ll try to bring positivity and smile through my post and that’s all what I want now.
I’m glad you visited with this positive comment.
Thankyou.
